Pumpernickel Bagel and Smoked Salmon

Pumpernickel Bagel and Smoked Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pumpernickel bagels or bagels of choice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup chives - chopped
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4-6 Cook's Pantry Polish dill pickles
  • ¼ cup red onion - thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice bagels in half, place on baking sheet and toast in 400 degree oven until toasted.
  2. Whip cream cheese with chives by hand or in a mixer with paddle attachment.
  3. Slice pickles into thin strips.
  4. Top bagels with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onion and pickles.
